Hello!

I’m Paulina, an illustrator and ceramicist based on Cape Cod. I grew up fervently exploring the ocean, salt marshes, and pine & oak forests with my adventurous pugs!

I have an MFA in Illustration & Visual Culture from Washington University St. Louis and a BFA in Ceramics from Maine College of Art, Portland.

My work charismatically cherishes animals, wildlife, and environments through a variety of mediums including cut paper, ceramics, gouache, colored pencil, and photoshop. I create from a place where fantastical stories and lessons in children’s picture books meet ecology and scientific illustration.
